## What is CPR Nutrition?

Transform your nutrition with AI-powered tracking. CPR Nutrition makes it easy to hit your protein goals with features no other app offers.
CPR NUTRITION Features: (Subscription Required)
Full access requires a subscription: $29.99/year after a 3-day free trial.
CALORIE TO PROTEIN RATIO (CPR)
This app centers around tracking your calorie to protein ratio, with 10:1 calories:protein being the "optimal" ratio.
All of your logged foods each day, aggregate and individual, will be scored this way so that you can see if you have adequate protein density in your diet.
Doing this will allow you to eat less while feeling satiated and full as well as consuming less calories overall.
DIAAS PROTEIN QUALITY SCORES
Not all protein is equal. Get science-backed protein quality scores (DIAAS) for every food you log—a first for any consumer nutrition app.
Think of protein like building materials for muscle. If you don't have all the materials, you can't make muscle. Imagine you want to build a house and you need wood, nails, insulation, concrete, etc to do so. High quality protein will be all of those materials, while low quality protein will be missing 1 or more key material. Generally you should get around 75% of your daily protein from high quality sources. The 25% of protein that is low quality typically can be paired with the rest of the protein you consume to create a complete amino acid profile.

Point your camera at any nutrition label and let Google Gemini AI extract all the macros.

### 5/5 — Focus on Protein

*2026-01-24*

I started using this and maintaining my CPR score and within a week, I lost 4lbs and my fat % went down and muscle went up. Protein also went up. I have used a scale that measures that for a year and even if the scale is not completely accurate there is no doubt there is positive change related to using this app. Awesome.
