Didn’t get anywhere with the app. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2024-12-10* Doesn’t work at all. Not one but. ### 1/5 — Can’t add a reservation *2024-05-20* When i try to add a reservation the app redirects to a Page Not Found website. ### 1/5 — Waste of an app *2024-03-09* Does not work. The accounts for CQ and CQ rewards are somehow not the same. Trying to view your account within the app prompts a browser window, which requires a second login. The second login does not function correctly and redirects you back to the landing page endlessly. The previous version of the app didn’t work and there were issues logging in and accessing any information. This was the case for years which is so unacceptable by modern hotel standards. They just put out and update to ‘fix login’ issues and now I can login but still not access profile information or anything related to previous stays and reward points. Inexcusably bad.
