C.R. Fitness Club è la piattaforma che ti consente di avere tutte le funzionalità inerenti al coaching e al coaching online. Potrai interagire con me per ricevere feedback utili sul tuo programma di allenamento, monitorare i tuoi progressi e condividerli velocizzando i tempi e avendo tutto direttamente sul tuo smartphone.


Con C.R. Fitness Club potrai:


• Consultare il tuo programma tenendo traccia degli allenamenti completati e quelli da fare.

• Accedere ad una libreria digitale aggiornata contenente i video di tutti gli esercizi da eseguire.

• Restare in contatto con me tramite Chat.

• Caricare foto dei tuoi progressi fisici nel tempo.

• Monitorare i tuoi progressi registrando o aggiungendo le tue metriche (peso, massimali, ecc…).

• Tenere sempre a portata di mano consigli per la tua nutrizione.
