## What is CR Longdation?

China Resources Longdation integrates “Superior Service for Better Lives” into its daily practice, and upholds “Customers First, Results Oriented, People Foremost, Good Faith, Continuous Pursuit of Excellence” as the business motto. The Company operates across Hong Kong and Thailand with its broad portfolio spreading across HOPSCA (a combination of hotels, offices, public spaces, shopping centers, culture recreations and apartments) development, management and maintenance, including its core construction business in Hong Kong. The Company is well-known for its management and maintenance of renowned properties that include the China Resources Building, The Mountain Lodge, Kapok Hotel and Service Apartment, high profile residential properties, Brim 28 premium bar and restaurant complex and a luxury hotel that is currently undergoing development.

The “Cloud-based Interactive Community”(CIC) created by CardApp Limited is a digital platform especially designed for residents, property management and nearby merchants, integrating App, Web and Cloud technology.With it, local residents can obtain all necessary local information, apply events and activities, enjoy services provided by property management, and report incidents to property management. Property management can improve its managing efficiency by conducting the whole facility management cycle through smartphones. The CIC has won a series of regional and international awards, including “Asia Smartphone Apps Contest 2014”, and “Best Mobile Apps of Hong Kong ICT Awards 2014”.
