### 3/5 — Does not update between mobile app and iPad

If I make an entry on the mobile app it does not translate over
For instance if I put in drive time and distance on phone app it does not carry over to app on iPad. 
Or if I work from home 12 45 to 6 15 on one app it does not carry over. This makes it difficult for supervision if I am taking notes on tablet and then switch to phone so I can let the BCBA use the tablet for video. Also schedule changes do not update. Nor is there a way to see your total weekly hours on the mobile app. Once these are fixed I will change the stars accordingly

For the most part data collection and finding the programs are easier than before. However when a supervisor overlaps they cannot see what behavior techs see on the  app. Also, you cannot see the clients programs if you have not swiped to start session. This can be inconvenient. My favorite part is that I can get clients signature before the end of session at a more convenient and less stressful time for the family and client.

I recommend using the website the geo tag on the app stinks. And you constantly have to update this app. The update always says fix’s glitches but it doesn’t

Normally i dont have many issues with the app but today all of a sudden i couldnt see my sessions, i tried to uninstall and reinstall and now i cant even log in??

We apologize for your experience. There was a widespread AWS Outage on this date that unfortunately affected many systems including ours. The app remained uninterrupted for the most part but you may have not been able to sync during this time.

I love this app! It has been a game changer for someone who can’t actually focus or remember to do my note. I just wish we were able to cancel sessions in it that would be awesome!
