Horrible UI. Requires too many clicks switching tabs back and forth when downloading multiple shows. Auto delete playlist should be an optional feature. It’s a mess.

Each show has its own progress and won’t remove my progress if I move to the other show. However, it won’t download the program automatically, and there are too many pages for some similar functions. 
Sometimes when the screen is locked,the program won’t continue to play. 
Hard to tell which show that I am listening to.

This new app is a waste of time. The UI is very hard to navigate. It always logged out itself. After logging in, I can’t remember which one I was listening to. Why switching to a design is less user friendly. If you force users to use this new app, I will unsubscribe the membership and listen to podcasts instead.

Hard to use esp with  the latest update.     I have  been a long time customer for 15+years.   The last app was much better.    This new one is not as intuitive as previous app and the latest  update was worst.  It’s hard to find downloaded programs and it moved between play list and play record and the same program appear three times.   Please remove the non value added features.   So cumbersome to use now.

Very upset with the recent update, removing the download automatically once it has been listened.  Also, it is not working well with iPhone and the BT headphones…. Hope it will be fixed soon 🥺🥺🥺🥺

用咗一排先嚟評論，播重溫好慢，正常wifi下，下下都等5,6秒先開到。播放清單做咩要自動del? 你一係有得俾我揀聽完係咪自動del吖。節目收藏又唔俾調位，舊app可以。呢啲細節位麻煩要搞搞佢，唔該晒。
