## What is CR Worker?

CrewRun is the admin you can talk to.

Run your whole field-service business from one app, bookings, customer
chats, calls, scheduling, quotes and invoices, and let your built-in AI
assistant handle the busywork. Type or talk: CrewRun drafts the quote,
finds the next free slot, or replies to a customer. You review, you
approve, it's done.

Built for service teams, aircon servicing, cleaning, pest control,
plumbing, renovation, landscaping and more.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Talk to your AI admin, Ask in plain words, by voice or text: "How many
jobs today?", "Draft a quote for Mrs Tan", "Reply to John." It answers
from your real business data and prepares the work for your approval.

• One inbox for every channel, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger
together. Never miss a customer message again.

• Take calls in the app, Answer WhatsApp calls right inside CrewRun with a
  native call screen.

• Dispatch on a live map. See every job and crew in real time and assign
the nearest team, with live GPS vehicle tracking.

• Schedule smarter. Calendar and list views with automatic slot-finding
that respects service durations and travel time, so your day fits.

• Quotes & invoices in seconds. Create polished, branded documents, share
them as PDFs and get paid faster (PayNow supported).

• Customers, properties & contracts. Keep every address, unit, service
history and maintenance contract in one place.

• Service reports. Capture work done, photos and signatures on site.

WHY CREWRUN

• Less admin, more jobs done, the assistant turns messages into quotes,
bookings and replies, and you stay in control of every send.
• Everything in one place, chats, calls, schedule, money and customers,
  with no app-switching.
• Made for the field, fast, mobile-first, and ready for your whole crew.

Download CrewRun and turn your inbox into your back office.
