I downloaded this app after I was avoiding downloading it for weeks because it looked like a shoddy app. My worst fear came true upon first login. I did it once and then when it tried again using the same user name and password I JUST USED 3 mins ago, the app wouldn’t let me log back in. Tried resetting password 3 times but never received email after waiting over 15 minutes. No customer service provided to help. Tried making a new account with the same info, but of course NOW it remembers me and so I can’t don’t that either. I’m so sick of these greedy sports apps setting up and they cant even get their own stuff together. Why bother if you are going to make it this low quality. DISAPPOINTING, TIGHTEN UP!!! ### 1/5 — So many bugs and issues and made me lose money *2025-07-21, version 9.7.0* I have used many apps and this app by far was the worst one! I was going to place a bet and even though I was logged in and gave permission to the app to use my location it kept giving me error that location needs to be verified and made me login again and then that bet option was gone which could make me win! and I tried to submit another bet and it kept saying odds changed and even though I agreed it wouldn’t submit my bet and at the end I was so upset and I bet on something else and lost all the money! The app also keeps pushing you to the main menu when you’re in the bet section and keeps getting you logged out which is so frustrating. DO NOT use this app. ### 1/5 — Worst sportsbook *2025-06-17* This is not one of the worst, but the worst sports book when you try to place a wager it consistently lags and says odds are updating even when you’ve told it except odd changes. The cash out process doesn’t work if you try to cash out it purposely doesn’t allow you to cash out And it’s just so much things wrong with it. It’s like it’s not a finished product. There’s no reason for anyone to put their hard earned money into this one. There’s plenty of sports books that operate perfectly fine. As an advice I just wouldn’t do it unless you wanna just squander a couple of dollars to give it a shot but there’s nothing worthwhile there’s fanatics vandal Caesars. It’s just not worth your money time Patience ### 1/5 — Meh *2025-04-24, version 9.7.0* I never received my sign up bonus. The app interface is terrible and worst of all seemingly we cannot do a SGP+ parlay?? I’ll stick to the larger books from now on. Update: I logged in today 4/24 and apparently home run player props are also gone lame 👎🏾 ### 1/5 — SCAM-SCAM-SCAM! THERE IS NOT $500 FIRST BET CREDIT IF YOU LOSE!! BAIT FOR SUCKERS LIKE ME…! *2025-02-05, version 9.6.3* LIE ABOUT PROMOTION SIGN-UP! Waste lots of your time because you cannot place a bet since THEY DECIDE HOW MUCH YOU ARE QUALIFIED TO BET ON YOUR PICKS/PARLAY!! They take your money and it takes them 4 days to refund it back to you once you find out the entire signup bonus is a SCAM!! Then they try to bribe you to leave them positive feedback such as, I quote “There are typically limits on smaller competitions. In the future, feel free to reach out, and we can request the trading team to raise the limits. Additionally, since no wagers were placed on your account, your deposit has been refunded. The “live betting” is horrendous. It is super slow and so disorganized. Not user friendly at all.
