Let us track your favourite artists and send you notification alerts when they release new music on Spotify, or when we discover any upcoming releases for them! To set up a new account, just hit the Sign Up button, follow the instructions and then login to your Spotify account. We will scan for the artists that you follow. A list of the latest new releases will then be available in the app. If we find any upcoming releases for them we will also display these in the app. If you've enabled push notifications then we'll notify you when we find new and upcoming releases for your artists. New music releases are by default added to a playlist which we create within your Spotify account so that you have one easy place to listen to new music. You can change this option at any time from the Settings screen. We sync the artists you follow on Spotify before we check for new releases, so if you have followed new artists then they'll get included when we scan for new releases. I put up with it because the app still works, but it's a big annoyance every time I want to use it. Wouldn't mind a few more filtering options and the option to just import or filter specifically to followed artists (seems to bring in all artists from library as far as i can tell). Nun verlangt der Programmierer allerdings 2€ monatlich für die Nutzung und hat auch langzeitnutzer ohne Vorwarnung in eine 14 Tage Testversion geworfen. Begründet wird das mit Serverkosten. Allerdings ist es mehr als einfach die Funktionen Clientseitig zu implementieren, bei denen keine Server involviert sind. It’s a good app and the dev deserves to make some money from it. The new version is really cool and has some great new features.
