Omg after how many years!! I still agree with myself of years ago, personally the mastery app back then was sooo good, and it did helped me pass my boards and now I’m starting a residency en Endodontics in the US. So hang in there fellow dentists and definitely search for other study material other than this one. THE TEXT BELOW IS MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought the computer version, and the questions and explanations were so bad, i had a problem with my computer and the "support" team wasnt really helpful, they only suggested to buy it again, was a waste of time and money and ofcourse i didnt pay it again, and i feel the same way for this mobile app. There are others app waaaaay much better and i think we all know which one is :) ### 1/5 — Can be a great but. Customer service! *2021-08-31, version 11.0* Is this a good response from a customer service when requesting something about an older version that has been purchased and you want to use? even after explained some health issues and at the moment not being able to buy the new version and I wanted to use the old one? Here is the answer and you guys can have your own conclusions. I was requesting only to be able to use the version I have and it’s having issues. Here the customer support answer: “”As you have been informed in multiple emails, your warranty has long expired for the product. We no longer provide support for it. It’s outdated as the Part 1 has been terminated and the Part 2 is being decommissioned. It’s no different than buying an iPhone 7. You can use it for as long as you want, but if there are any issues with it and your warranty has expired, Apple does not provide any services or updates and does not sell iPhone 7 anymore. You would need to get the latest iPhone 12 with the latest version and have an active support plan to receive updates and support. We provided you a $50 credit, as a credit, that you can apply towards the sale. If you do not use this before the end of this month (today), then the $50 credit will no longer be available. God Bless you all and Hope we all pass our boards soon. ### 1/5 — I wish I could have my money back *2021-08-22, version 11.0* They only have two NBDE tests. Flash cards are terribly bad.. they are not a questions and answers type of thing, just notes. Video Crash Courses missing endo and perio. The videos from part 1 are bad because they are way too long and she just reads what is on the board. Part 2 is even worst. She is always yawning from her own presentation. She did not even review her material before recording the class. Terrible pictures and missing important points. You would think that they put a lot of thought on this but you can see clearly that is not the case. She did not even care to edit her videos. Just a money grab program. Of course I’m not ready to do the test. How should I pay almost U$1000 dollars for a test that I won’t pass just to reclaim U$300. Sick and tire of loggin in every 5 minutes too. I can’t studying because this, i am very nervous about that. ### 1/5 — Poor customer service and poor design *2018-06-13, version 5.3* Not only did I pay $80 for the practice tests to have tons of grammar and syntax errors, when I took the second test for part 2, the explanations wouldn’t show. The questions are poorly written and sometimes the question is in the answer box (coding or copy and paste issue). I’m going to try to get my money back but their “10 minutes or less” chat service hasn’t responded yet so I’m not holding out hope. You’d be better off with mastery or Kaplan. I’m very disappointed because I used this company for part 1 boards and did not have this issue. ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2018-05-02, version 5.3* This app is not what they said it is, I had a bad experience with the app, the time they put for every test is different that the time they gave me in real test, is so confuse, so instead I bought the dental mastery which is very good and clear. Plus the customer services took more than 4 days to answer my question. ### 1/5 — not impressed *2017-09-11, version 2.3* i bought this app because of its great claims. though it does a nice job of simulating the real nbde exam format, i came across quite a few errors (for example, answer b is marked as being correct but the explanation has answer a as being correct, etc.). the trial version did not work for me, so i took a chance and purchased this app based on its great reviews - when i saw all the errors and the clunky formatting, i decided to use other resources instead. i called the support line less than 24 hours after purchase to see if i could get a refund, thinking that, if i explained my situation of not being able to try before purchasing and showing that i had the app for less than 24 hours, i would be offered a refund. instead, i was told that no refund would be given. this app was a waste of money - if you have any other resources (free flashcard databases online, the dental boards mastery app, old hand-me-down dental decks, etc. i'd highly recommend opting for those instead. such a shame... after paying $400 to take the exam, the last thing i needed was to pay another $120 for a useless app.... ### 1/5 — Regret if buying it *2017-02-23, version 2.3* I bought the computer version, and the questions and explanations were so bad, i had a problem with my computer and the "support" team wasnt really helpful, they only suggested to buy it again, was a waste of time and money and ofcourse i didnt pay it again, and i feel the same way for this mobile app. There are others app waaaaay much better and i think we all know which one is :) ### 2/5 — Doesn’t worth buying *2017-09-25, version 2.3* You don’t need this question bank to pass your tests for several reasons: 1. There were no questions from here that appeared on the actual exam at all, as I remember. So for those who like memorizing questions to expect them on the exam it’s not the best choice app. 2. Software is bad. Doesn’t allow you to generate a customer password. You must log out from one of the devices if wanna switch using it with computer and phone app. Inconvenient, right? 3. Doesn’t have smaller topic section rather than only 100- and 400-Question quizzes. So you can only check your overall knowledge but not for topics separately. 4. High price. Seriously, for what I’ve listed above it should have been twice as less. It’s also recurring payment which you should watch for. 5. About 3 mistakes per 100 questions which disappointing you 6. The only thing I love is fast customers support chat window. Be well on the exam! Work hard and spend your time and money rather on other questions sources. ### 5/5 — Real exam *2022-03-01, version 11.0* Just love the crack iNBDE just because of its unique feature of simulating the exam. It also provides video crash courses, flashcards and a large arsenal of practice tests, questions and explanations, so I was ready and felt confident.
