Some previous examples were with it not accepting gift cards or run-of-the-mill payment option, randomly not allowing me to complete my order via the app for some unexplained reason, and not allowing me to order a piece of cake before 11AM (even though I was getting a prompt to do so). Now the frustration is that it won’t allow me to add extra syrup under the condiments section even though it is clearly one of the selection listed as available for an extra $0.79. It throws up an “Error. Something went wrong!” Message the last few times we’ve order from the app. We do like their food, so I hope they eventually get this app worked out where there’s no bug bugs. ### 2/5 — App points everything to website *2026-08-22, version 10.0.3* I found very little to no value in this app. It seems everything that I attempted to accomplish, I was pointed to the website (which required me to sign in again). I guess that is security so thieves don’t steal my phone and race to get some pancakes on me. Even better, when you do login, it clears your cart - even though it remembered it when I opened the app and it not-so-conveniently logged me out. You cannot see the password, no eyeball icon. And it does the classic - sits and stares at you with no indicator as it churns in the background. The rewards are worthless. This is a 1 for poor fundamentals. ### 1/5 — App not working *2026-07-12, version 9.1.4* This app used to be good. Now it refuses to work. There is an open Cracker Barrel in my town and it refuses to find it to start an order. I cannot order because it doesn’t recognize a store that is near me. And the worst thing is I have an expiring reward to use. I finally deleted it and moved on. Worst app experience of my life. After each item it would load for a minute+ and then it be 50/50 if “An error occurred” or the item actually gets added. Just to get to the “Place your order” button at the very end and have literally nothing happen. No prompt for payment info or address just staying right at the add tip place and no loading or anything.
