Жаль, что не получилось подключиться. Проблема, к сожалению, не в игре: в России провайдеры блокируют доступ к зарубежным серверам, через которые работают онлайн-режим и загрузка картинок персонажей. Решение — играть с включённым VPN. Если с VPN всё равно не подключается, попробуйте другой VPN-сервис (не все справляются с блокировками) или переключитесь с Wi-Fi на мобильный интернет.
