I've come close several times ... and have played multiple hours ... waste of time ... I have better things to do with my life. Don't waste your money on the extra levels. Level 11 took ages to do and I am a very experienced cradle of Rome player. Level 15 is impossible, I have full lives for most of the bonuses except the one I need and they don't give you!
