### 2/5 — Camera WiFi Disconnects

*2026-08-13, version 2.4.3*

Although support is fairly responsive, we’ve had issues with our twin cradlewise cribs for 7 out of the 10 months we’ve owned them. When the cameras connected, they product and app worked well. The cameras on both cribs seem to disconnect too often for our liking and required fixes of new bars/cameras, a WiFi extender, and various times to reset and troubleshoot. The app is not built for twins, you have to switch back and forth in camera views vs dual view as well as both cribs being called “Cradlewise” on bluetooth, making it twice as long to troubleshoot.

### 2/5 — Great Product, Bad App

*2026-08-03, version 2.4.3*

I really enjoyed the easy interface for the app when I first purchased my Cradlewise, but in the last 6 months this app has gotten worse. More app crashes, slow to load, and losing connection and video when monitoring my baby. I also find it odd that they have in-app purchases for certain features when the crib was already so expensive.

### 4/5 — Seeing Improvement

*2026-07-02, version 2.4.2*

I feel like feedback is being listened to and they are improving the software and app experience. Physical crib has always been great.

### 2/5 — Numerous connection issues even on paid subscription

*2026-06-20, version 2.4.2*

Works every other time

### 3/5 — Most basic piece of information behind paywall.

*2026-06-15, version 2.4.1*

I love the crib and haven’t had many issues with the app besides laggy video sometimes. However, one of the few pieces of information that is really helpful to me is to know how long my baby just napped. With the free version you can see when he is asleep, how long he has been asleep for but as soon as he wakes up you can’t see how long he was asleep. You have to upgrade to see. This is such a basic piece of information, it’s really disappointing that they have put it behind the paywall. All I want to know is how long the last sleep session was. Please allow the free version to show the information for the last sleep event at least.

### 1/5 — So slow/disconnecting

*2026-05-27, version 2.4.1*

Continually slow to load video and disconnects all the time, this really sucks and is so disappointing an experience. I’ll be returning this crib

### 2/5 — Glitchy update

*2026-05-08, version 2.3.9*

Recent update is super glitchy. Sleep data doesn’t update unless I close and reopen the app. My Cradlewise has also been completely wrong on sleep status multiples times - saying she’s stirring when sound asleep, saying she’s asleep when she’s awake and crying. Feels like this update was a big step backwards.

### 2/5 — Glitchy

*2026-04-30, version 2.3.8*

Since the new update, the sleep log and soothe controls are glitchy and inaccurate. Also the app crashes regularly.

### 1/5 — It used to be good.

*2026-04-22, version 2.3.8*

Originally, you could track your child’s sleep for free from the app. Recently this feature has been locked behind a paywall. It’s kind of amazing that a premium product at a premium cost doesn’t have basic features like the ability to track sleep. I used to recommend buying this crib, but due to the greed, I will be pointing others in a different direction. 0/10.

### 2/5 — Latest update

*2026-04-20, version 2.3.6*

The camera has been even slower to update and lagged more since the latest update. Taking two clicks to get into the detail on the day’s sleep has also been an unwelcome change.

### 1/5 — Terrible update

*2026-04-17, version 2.3.6*

Did the update today not being aware that this meant that all your previous sleep data is gone except if you pay for it. This isn’t an update this is a downgrade.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2026-04-11, version 2.3.5*

Doesn’t work

### 2/5 — Good bed, meh app

*2026-04-02, version 2.3.4*

The app, for an almost $2000 device, leaves much to be desired. The main thing is no Shortcut ability or Widgets. Would be awesome to have a widget to set a bounce or turn on sound machine. PIP is nice. Overall, would like to get widgets be utilized.

### 1/5 — App is ok when it works

*2026-03-12, version 2.3.4*

App constantly crashes or disconnects. The sleep feature is handy to see how long baby has slept for, but it is not entirely accurate at gauging wake-up’s, etc. unfortunately the app has crashed so many times before even putting baby in it and while baby is in it that the app is extremely frustrating to use. What’s worse is that when the app disconnects, the rocking feature does not automatically kick in and you’ll had to manually rock the crib, and then you have to do a cascade of checks to figure out why it’s not connecting. Lots of content is behind a paywall which is unfortunate given how much the crib itself costs and how little the actual things you need to work, don’t work.

### 4/5 — Overall very solid

*2026-03-12, version 2.3.4*

I think the UI is a bit non-intuitive, hard to get around, but overall the most important thing is reliability and I’ve had no issues.

Only reason I’m rating it 4 stars is because there is no Mac app. I’m working and would like a window of his crib up if he’s stirring. Would be amazing to have that.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Connection is the worst

*2026-08-23, version 2.4.4*

When I tried to check my baby’s status in Cradlewise, it took about 1- 2 minutes, then showed either “no network” or a dark background with no baby. Terrible. I was in the same room with my baby.

### 1/5 — App development getting worse?

*2026-08-20, version 2.4.4*

We have had this for 18 months and the app is getting worse and worse, specifically with each update. The app is non responsive at times, camera glitching, and now bounce function cannot be controlled, and bounce max settings are not followed regardless of our input. UNSAFE! Had to unplug just to keep crib from giving our baby whiplash. Ridiculous app for the price point. I will be posting about this everywhere including FB and online baby groups. Unbelievable!

### 1/5 — Trouble with app lately

*2026-08-13, version 2.4.3*

We really like the crib but the app seems to be getting worse. It completely stopped working today so I updated it and as soon as I open it I get a message that something went wrong and to restart or try again later. My internet is not down. Other wifi enabled devices are working fine. Also, the alerts are still sometimes delayed by several minutes. My house is small so I can usually here my baby crying but if I’m doing the dishes or in the yard, I won’t hear him unless the app notifies me.

### 1/5 — Unreliable camera

*2026-07-29, version 2.4.3*

What is the point of a smart crib when a lot of the main features don’t work consistently. The camera doesn’t load half the time, the temperature sensor is always off by a few degrees (which can be a big deal) and the bounce settings will randomly reset back to the default 100% bounce intensity. I would never buy this again and would never recommend it to any parents.

### 1/5 — Broken product, no support

*2026-07-27, version 2.4.3*

Ours stopped working after about one month. They sent us a cable that took a week to arrive and a how to video showing us how to open up the internals and fix it ourselves. Rating at a 1 because there’s no option to rate at 0.

### 1/5 — Crashes all the time

*2026-07-13, version 2.4.2*

When the crib works it’s a 10/10 but the amount of times it sits not working is infuriating. It will say not connected to wifi on the dash and no camera, but when you go to connect wifi it’s already connected. Theres no fix it just stops working when it wants, and starts again when it wants. Very unreliable I don’t know how they haven’t fixed these bugs I’ve owned it for 2 years no improvement.

### 1/5 — Crib with dumb ai

*2026-06-15, version 2.4.1*

Sometimes I feel like the “Ai” this crib has is very dumb. It doesn’t turn on right away when needed and the app always changes it. ALSO sometimes it says it’s on and it’s not!

### 1/5 — Poor app

*2026-06-03, version 2.4.1*

The crib is great but the app is really bad. Recently they improved audio management, but barely.

Cradlewise team, PLEASE, don’t take over the audio feed if audio is disabled! It’s crazy that you do this, are you even using your own app? So annoying that opening the app turn down the volume for the whole system even if audio monitoring is off.

For the price, please do better!

### 1/5 — Cost me neves for months

*2026-05-31, version 2.4.1*

The app needs pairing again whenever crib is disconnected from power for a moment. Annoying. The pairing takes 30 mins of my time every time if it works at all. !

### 1/5 — Baby crying - No notification

*2026-05-30, version 2.4.1*

I have mixed feelings about this app. It doesn’t crash for me like others have described. Works okay most of the time but sometimes my baby is crying for several minutes and I don’t get any notifications. Just today it was maybe 5-10 minutes and I didn’t get the usual notifications. This is not the first time either. Makes me nervous when I’m doing something outside and I can’t always be checking the app. It’s not a wifi or connection issue because at the same time I was getting motion notifications from my ring cams. I’m so upset with this app and it took so long to get my poor son to calm down.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Easy, intuitive app

*2026-08-29, version 2.4.4*

Easy to install and intuitive to use. Love the “take a picture” feature, and the layout of the app makes it easy to adjust the bounce rate and sound level all while monitoring baby in real time. Great experience so far!

### 5/5 — Consistently good

*2026-08-11, version 2.4.3*

I’ve only had a good experience. Connection is good and lots of nice features like sleep history and trends.

### 5/5 — It isn’t as bad as what people say

*2026-07-30, version 2.4.3*

Unless it’s been updated a lot since the last reviews. The app isn’t bad at all. Yes, it’s difficult to pair it because it wouldn’t call out the pairing #’s or connect to WiFi but once it’s connected. It works great! You can set your own setting for how you want it to rock your baby. I’d recommend 100%. for the price you’d assume they have constant updates!

### 5/5 — Not sure why it’s rated so low.

*2026-06-18, version 2.4.2*

Maybe they have fixed some of the bugs? We’ve had it for a few months now and it’s been a pretty good experience. It’s well thought of and executed product. Much much smarter than the Snoo. We transitioned our baby girl from the Snoo to the cradlewise around month 4, it took a couple weeks to transition wish we had started her on the cradlewise to start with.

### 5/5 — Great updates

*2026-05-06, version 2.3.9*

Thanks for the recent app update! I feel like my survey feedback was really heard! Nightly sleep stats are much easier to digest now. I do wish there wasn’t such a delay (10-15 seconds) between when I place my baby in the crib for it to detect he’s in and starting motion and noise, but not a huge deal because I can start it in the app.

### 5/5 — V good app, does what it’s supposed to

*2026-02-13, version 2.3.4*

Have not experienced any of the negatives described by other reviews here - this app works v well for me and my wife

### 5/5 — Support is great

*2026-01-18, version 2.3.2*

We’ve had the crib for 6 months and we’ve encountered a couple issues with audio, sound being very quiet, static, no sound at all. However the support team responds quickly and will put in personal bug fixes to fix the issue. They even adjusted my audio personally to reverse a new noise cancellation update that i wasn’t a fan of, which was fantastic! Other than audio issues, the app works great and i love all the features

### 5/5 — Bug

*2025-09-20, version 2.2.4*

Fyi crashes on startup when you migrate to a new phone

### 5/5 — Works great

*2025-08-06, version 2.2.3*

We haven’t had any issues with our app or crib at all despite what other reviews say

### 5/5 — Love cradlewise

*2025-03-22, version 2.1.9*

I have had no issues with the app so far and love the crib. I’ve been using it for two months now
