Use to redeem on the site with no issues new app never works to scan qr pointless app should have stuck to site that had no glitches

I saved points for about 2 months and when I finally go to cash out my rewards I have 0 points. 3500 to 0 points. I have oils to recommend this app because of the fact that I have been told this happens often. I wasted my time and hope.

Twice I’ve scanned my package of 4pc carts and it doesn’t give me the points but says it’s already been scanned. I’ve lost 1,800 points because of this!!!
