Having to log in over and over, especially when the app is running slowly, makes the whole experience more frustrating than it should be. We’ve made some improvements on both fronts and are continuing to fine-tune things so that getting to your rewards feels faster and more seamless. We’ve addressed many of the reported scanner issues and have seen improvements, but we’re still working to make the experience even more reliable and consistent. I have to use my camera app to scan the QR (which takes me to the obsolete website, which has a link that takes me to cannopy app) to get my chips. What you’re likely scanning is a temporary QR code that was used during the transition from Craft Brand Rewards to Cannopy. For a short period, those codes were meant to direct users to the new app, but they unfortunately aren’t redeemable for chips. That said, we definitely want to make this right. If you reach out to support@cannopy.com with details of your purchase, our team can verify it and issue you valid QR codes so you can still earn your chips. Also, any newer QR codes marked with the Cannopy logo should scan directly within the app like normal. We truly appreciate your loyalty and are continuing to improve the in-app scanning experience. ### 1/5 — This app sucks bad *2026-02-04* This app sucks sooooo bad because out of 30 scans it only scanned 6 all the others said the code didn’t exist at all which is crazy because I bought 30 packs and I’m NOT getting any rewards **Developer response:** Hi — we're really sorry for the frustration here. That's definitely not the experience we want you to have, especially after supporting the brand with that many purchases. It sounds like you may be scanning QR codes that were originally created for the old Craft Brand Rewards app. Those legacy codes weren't initially configured to work in the new Cannopy app, which is why you may be seeing the "code doesn't exist" message. That said, we want to make this right. As a courtesy to Craft and to loyal customers like you, we've updated our system so that older Craft codes will be eligible in the new app for a conciliatory Oil-branded chip reward starting tomorrow (02/14/2026). Please reach out to us directly at support@cannopy.com so we can square this away for you personally and make sure you receive working rewards for the products you've purchased. If you can include a few photos of the packs or codes, that will help us resolve this even faster.
