Im Endeffekt eine schlechte Anwendung welche mehr Probleme bereitet als dass sie nützlich ist. Der einzige Grund weshalb sie so benutzen ist, dass man Arbeitsberichte als PDf exportieren kann. Aber nicht mal das kann die App oder die Webanwendung guz. Bei mehreren Fotos bricht alles sofort zusammen. Für den Preis ein Armutszeugnis!

Mit der Craftboxx ist es uns möglich geworden, in kürzester Zeit eine komplette Personal- und Ressourcen-Planung, sowie einen dazugehörigen digitalen Arbeitszettel aufzusetzen. Mit dem digitalen Arbeitszettel in Form einer App lassen sich dann sehr intuitiv Zeiten, Fotos, Notizen und Abnahmen erfassen und dokumentieren. 

Arbeitsabläufe und Koordination werden mit dieser wirklich durchdachten App deutlich einfacher und endlich digital. Wir drucken im gesamten Prozess keinen einzigen Zettel mehr aus. Adressen und Kontaktdaten werden zeitgesteuert und zielgerichtet zum richtigen Team geleitet. Das schont die Umweilt, Ressourcen und nebenbei unsere Nerven bei der Abwicklung, Dokumentation und Abnahme beim Kunden.

Die App erfüllt, was man so grundsätzlich im GaLaBau braucht. 

Feinheiten sind verbuggt. Man könnte mehr Funktionen erwarten.

…aber, was zu Beginn sehr gut funktioniert hat, funktioniert seit dem letzten IOS Update gar nicht mehr. Es lassen sich keine pdfs (Arbeitszettel) hochladen. Und auch ohne den Versuch etwas hochzuladen stürzt die App mindestens zweimal täglich so ab, dass sie sich nicht mehr öffnen lässt. Nur eine Deinstallation und Neuinstallation hilft dann und macht die App für eine kurze Zeit wieder nutzbar. 
Der telefonische Kontakt kann keinen Support bieten, aus der App heraus kann man den Support gar nicht kontaktieren. Man kann nur Logdaten senden, was aber nicht funktionieren kann wenn sich die App gar nicht mehr öffnen lässt.

Das am Telefon mehrfach versprochene Update hingegen lässt seit Wochen auf sich warten. Das ist für Handwerksunternehmen, bei denen jeder Einsatz zählt, eine Katastrophe, die dafür auch noch viel Geld kostet. Ein Stern ist noch zu viel für diesen miesen Support!

Wirklich super gut gemachte app. Gut Durchdacht und mit sinnvollen Optionen. Service immer zuverlässig erreichbar. Schnittstellen wo man sie braucht und vom der Idee her mit den Berechtigungen einfach genial. Können sich viele teure apps etc wirklich eine Scheibe abschneiden! Vielen Dank! Ich mache Werbung für euch und werde treu bleiben weil es nichts besseres gibt!😊

Es wäre schön wenn die Funktion Stundenzettel nicht nur auf dem iPad oder iPhone gibt sondern auch auf der Apple Wach möglich wäre. Somit kann man die Zeiterfassung direkt über die Apple Wach Starten oder beenden. Auch die Pausenzeiten wären schön wenn dies berücksichtigt werden würde.
