I got a smorgasbord of uber cheap leads in which 3 have come to fruition but does not cover the money spent. We charge by the half day or whole day. Two half days and one two day. They have tire kickers and being in Dallas, we have a lot of hungry people starving for work so up holding a business model won’t work with them unless you have family working for you whiling to work on a whim for you. I’ll come back if the recession gets worse and desperate for work. Tom ### 3/5 — My honest thoughts…. *2023-03-18* Overall, it is a good lead generation tool. One major problem from my point of view is the inability to reach customer service agents in order to get credit for leads that were non existent. When I do get in touch with an agent, they are pretty good to me about offering credits. Leads, not so much. *2022-09-17, version 1.4.3* Like any other marketing concept,there’s always negatives. The reps, from my experience, have been great to work with. Leads however unfortunately is what forces me to give this only a two star rating as opposed to before. I’ve been keeping my account on pause due to the fact of low-grade leads or falsified leads in accordance with the type of work that I do. I feel that the homeowner should be obligated to provide pictures of the work prior to contractors excepting it, it will allow for us to get a better understanding for the scope of work rather than wasting our time and money on leads. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback! Fraudulent Company *2024-02-28* I have received many fake leads from this company. This company also states that it doesn’t sell leads to multiple contractors. This is not true… I arrived at a leads house at the same time as 2 other contractors. Both informed me they received that lead information from CraftJack. It’s almost comedy of how often this actually happens. I was sold over $500 of invalid leads that I’m not qualified to work. During my companies investigation of these fake leads… CraftJack only allowed us to pause the account days at a time. But CraftJack insists I pay for them before I delete my account. I also requested credits but were denied because leads were given to me more than 30 days ago. It took me weeks to get a hold of an account manager… when I finally did they told me… she was unable to help. She said they have no management. No other departments that could help my account. False info *2022-06-29, version 1.4.3* They do not verify the leads! They send you bogus leads. Will only refund 9 out 30 leads. I paid over $500 in one week and none of the leads I got answered the phone or needed any work. But, I was still stuck with the bill. I complained to customer service and their excuse was, you’re not guaranteed successful leads. The customer rep who I signed up with assured me…. IF ITS A BAD LEAD, YOULL BE REFUNDED no questions asked. Which is a lie!!! Only 9 out of 30 will be refunded. However, I've encountered some inconsistency in lead generation, with a high percentage of leads already being sold to other companies by different lead services or duplicated leads. But most of the leads are good. But wish only that they would take off septic and septic tanks for companies that don’t do it because we still get charged for it.
