What is going on? ### 2/5 — Aplicación con muchas caídas, soporte no contesta *2022-04-20, version 2.0.13* Servicio intermitente. Tiene constantes caídas. El soporte no contesta solicitudes de ayuda. Los cursos son de un alto costo, por lo que la aplicación debería tener un buen equipo de mantención. Es muy frustrante ya que el curso se interrumpe, pierdes la práctica, y desde la App no avisan si te devolverán el tiempo perdido. El curso tiene un plazo específico para graduarte, por lo tanto estás contra el tiempo. Estas fallas operativas de la aplicación hacen muy difícil responder a tiempo con los trabajos. ### 3/5 — Good design but extremely slow *2021-02-28, version 2.0.11* The app as a whole concept is brilliant, it’s an amazing way to bring the phibrows community together and the app is well designed for the brow course, however.... it’s is SO slow, and I mean, you’ll be waiting about 3-4 minutes for even the homepage to load and when you click something else, the same will happen, wish they would fix this app speed as the online course is expensive so would expect an up to date app that is easily accessible! ### 2/5 — Function problems *2020-04-05, version 2.0* The application does not have a search engine in the “student” section ### 3/5 — Good but.. *2020-02-04, version 1.42.16* I love everything about the application. I have made zero progress due to this. I hope this is fix asap or I want my money back. ### 1/5 — Non funziona *2023-09-29, version 2.0.21* Mi sono registrata, la mia master mi ha dato i codici, gli ho inserito è tutto ok, dal nulla mi ha riportata al login, fatto tutto mi da che le credenziali sono sbagliate, metto che ho dimenticato la password anche se non è così, ma non mi manda la email con il codice per poterla cambiare quindi non riesco ne ad entrare con le credenziali giuste ma neanche a cambiarle. Restándole días para poder graduarme! I love the app. It’s like social media for the Microblading world. It’s a great way to connect and watch helpful videos posted by masters. It allows students to have access to all videos and lectures taught in class. We’re also able to communicate directly with our master/teacher for advice and direction to pass levels to eventually gain a certificate. I couldn’t imagine taking a training and not have Craft master.
