Após poucos minutos, constatei que a solução não atendia ao que procurava e realizei e confirmei o cancelamento dentro do próprio aplicativo. Porém, em 01/08/2026, fui surpreendido com a cobrança de R$ 349,90 pela assinatura anual. Não utilizei a assinatura. Solicito reembolso e peço também que o desenvolvedor dê a devida atenção ao ocorrido e apure por que o cancelamento confirmado dentro do aplicativo não foi efetivado, evitando que situações como essa voltem a ocorrer. **Developer response:** Olá. I looked in every corner for an X and I looked closely for any fine print saying to exit. She has to keep track of minutes and create and share summaries of what happened at the meetings. CraftNote has literally given us back hours of our day. You also have the option of making your summaries more or less in depth, so if it doesn’t have enough detailed information, you can ask it to create a more detailed one. It will also directly convert and send your summaries, in whatever format you like, through email, text, or many other options.
