Crafty Counsel is that rare community built by and for in house counsels to help and educate each other in an open and un competitive way 
Unlike most in house clubs or events which are all about exclusivity and self promotion 
None of that here
All are welcome 
From GCs to first timers. 
All are friendly with no self promoting agenda 
All are ready and willing to share their experiences and mistakes and not just their glorified achievements Although they are all highly accomplished, everyone is ready and willing to learn and share.
It’s what was long overdue in a world of insecure over achievers with fragile egos who are not always friendly to each other.  
If you are a jack of all trades and sole in house lawyer feeling overwhelmed and an impostor syndrome but can do your first IPO by winging it and learning from scratch and then happily share your horror stories under Chatham house rules with a group of grateful peers 
If you lead a team of fifty or a hundred and care about your team’s career development more than anything else 
Then this is the place for you
