Goes ok for a while and then won’t accept PIN and tells you to login in using ID and password. Do that and then all you get is a white screen. Only way to restart is to delete and reload App. I have been telling Craig’s this for 12 months and no change. Any response from Craig’s blames their “provider” Not a good look for a major institution that charges big fees to spend your money. Frustrated ### 1/5 — Painful App Reload. *2024-02-19, version 4.0* Works 5 or 6 times then a blank white page comes up not only on an iPhone 12 but also a 15. The only way to sort it is to delete the app and reload it. Have done this a dozen times in the last 12 months and has just done the same thing again. Painful!! ### 1/5 — Won’t load at all *2024-02-01, version 4.0* As at Feb 2024 on an iPhone 12 with the latest iOS the app just won’t load. A blank white screen. Pretty poor as this is a very mainstream phone!! ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2022-12-08, version 4.0* App is painfully slow, often will not open and doesn’t really offer much insight into your account. It ticks the box insofar as having a mobile app but the intent is for you to use browser to access your account. ### 1/5 — App no longer works on ipad *2019-12-20, version 3.2.6* After the last update for "minor improvements" it now comes up with a message saying does not work in ipad. Not sure how that is an improvement. ### 1/5 — continuous downgrades *2018-11-30, version 3.2.1* 2 years ago they “updated” and removed the real time (20min lag) to how individual shares were tracking, daily up/downs - everything you actually need to know. This “update” removes the ability to see anything except the total value of your portfolio! Pathetic! Actually making me consider moving to a different broker - it’s like they don’t want you to know how your shares are going. Rubbish. ### 1/5 — Don't Download *2017-01-21, version 2.0.1* Rubbish. ### 1/5 — Bring back the portfolio feature *2016-11-29, version 2.0.1* This is a downgrade. The previous version had more functionality. It was a little ugly, but this update has removed almost all the features I actually used. ### 1/5 — No point downloading *2016-11-25, version 2.0.1* Not as advertised, the key portfolio function has been removed making this a rather pointless download and a downgrade on the previous app. ### 2/5 — Craig’s not available on IPAD. *2019-12-22, version 3.2.6* This has happened in recent days, 22 Dec 2019. Is this an Apple or Craig’s problem. Is anything being done to correct this? We cannot review our account on our IPADS.
