### 4/5 — Great for practice

*2026-07-29*

There definitely something going on with the way the algorithm throws out sevens. I’ve been using this app for several months to learn the game but if sevens come up with the frequency as they do in this app then I don’t understand how or why anyone bothers to play with real money. Sometimes it’ll roll a seven pretty much every other roll. And if you dramatically increase your bets, it will start raining sevens relentlessly. As another reviewer stated - it causes you to play little games with how you bet, trying throw the algorithm off. To the point where it’s almost predictably reliable.

I know the dev will deny any influence from the algorithm but at the same time, the app instructions state that choosing any of the various dice combinations WILL result in more of certain numbers being rolled. So that IS influencing the algorithm. Not trying to be a jerk here, but the quirkyness makes me not want to ever play IRL (no chance at winning).

But the app is cheap and is great for learning the mechanics of the game.

**Developer response:** It’s all random… Try playing the dark side. I bet you’ll complain that there aren’t enough sevens then.

There are preferences to nudge the results, but if you select random, it is… Random

### 2/5 — Can’t throw the dice more than 3 times before a 7 comes

*2026-02-13*

This game is actually one of the better games out there as far as betting and table realism goes. However, despite offering three different settings for dice shooting and the ability to pick various dice set combinations, you can rarely throw the dice more than three times before 7 out. Many times it’s just point 7, and if you dare increase your bets, you will throw back to back 7’s until you are wiped out. If you play the don’t pass, you won’t throw a 7. It just seems rigged to make you lose.

### 2/5 — Great for practice

*2026-01-22, version 7.3.3*

When I first started playing with this app, I thought it was biased towards rolling sevens. However after months of play I now believe it is not biased and enjoy playing with it regularly. Definitely worth the small price for the app (and no ads).

### 2/5 — Good system but…

*2026-01-20, version 8.0.3*

Like other low reviews. 7’s fly like they’re going out of style. Dev always responds with the same old thing. 1 out of 30 rolls goes past the 1 in 6. But not far. With a Ton of pso’s in there. To be honest I’ve gotten good at figuring out when they’lI roll a 7. Play roughly 100 “new games” a day if that tells ya much. Nothing like how the game goes irl. It’s surely kept me away from the casino though, so kudos to y’all on that one!

### 3/5 — Cant change it to crapless

*2025-12-19, version 7.3.3*

i Looked everywhere for crapless option no where to b found in settings or anywhere

### 4/5 — Great for Quick Craps

*2025-12-09, version 8.0.2*

Phenomenal app for learning how to play craps, testing strategies, or just enjoy playing craps. I would like there to be an option to turn on place bets on the come out roll. That’s allowed in real life so I would like to see that allowed in the game

### 5/5 — Craps Deluxe

*2025-12-03, version 8.0.2*

Very good realistic game play. I highly recommend!

*To make better a dedicated Odds Button for white and black bets would be nice so the player would not have to toggle back and forth so much when placing odds.

### 5/5 — Great game

*2025-12-02, version 8.0.2*

Use it just to theory strategies playing out, auto bet is great! Would love an ask to parlay on hardways hit option, or some ways to auto bet when certain values are hit on the board

### 4/5 — Great With Some Betting Issues

*2025-12-01, version 8.0.2*

I've been using this app for years, thank
You dude! Plzzz, the bring all bets down needs lay bets and don't bets added. And a "rebet last bet" button would make me lose my mind in happiness.

### 5/5 — Functional

*2025-11-24*

Excellent simulator. Great for practice. I use it with my table to keep stats on my rolls.

### 5/5 — Learn how to play

*2025-11-10, version 8.0.1*

It's a great way to learn how to play Craps. It's very intuitive and you won't go broke.

### 5/5 — Greatest practice Craps app out there

*2025-11-07, version 8.0.1*

Been using this for years and I’m so happy they added Crappless version! Fantastic app and will continue to use for many years!

### 5/5 — PLEASE ADD BUBBLE CRAPS

*2025-11-04, version 8.0.1*

Game is perfect for some casual and practice play for the real thing. I would love to see an option for bubble craps please. Thank you!

### 5/5 — Change

*2025-11-01, version 8.0*

How about a new voice calling the dice rolls when you are playing.

### 5/5 — A Happy Discovery

*2025-10-30, version 8.0*

I am pleased to have foound Craps Deluxe works in Ventura on an M2 Mac Mini. Received updates and happy to see the app improving. Highly recommended. This is not a game but an electronic craps table that allows you to control the rolls in order to try out strategies or use the RNG to produce random rolls for a session. It has more features including trying dice settings. Extremely happy with this.

### 5/5 — Very Good Free App

*2025-08-02, version 7.3.3*

No hidden costs. No ads. I’ve been playing for years. A great tool for beginners to learn how the game is played. All real casino bets are available. I use it often to try out different strategies.

### 5/5 — Incredible

*2025-07-13, version 7.3.3*

Amazing game

### 3/5 — UI could use some updating

*2025-07-08, version 7.3.3*

The app is okay, Crapsee has much better UI and it’s free. For $1.99 I expected this to be better than Crapsee and it’s simply not even close.

### 2/5 — Sevens Galore

*2025-07-04, version 7.3.3*

I’ve had this app for a few days now. I’ve never this many sevens. I literally just rolled 11 sevens out of 15 rolls. Go ahead and tell me that’s normal. I had to come see if other people are leaving the same feedback, and sure enough. It really ruins the experience. Save your money for an app that gives you an authentic feel for a game of chance.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Almost good…but so frustrating!

*2025-07-28*

Edit:

Like a dummy, I kept playing thinking it would get better… Nope. Save your time, look elsewhere. Every time I would start a new game…about 150 rolls in, I’d look at the roll history and Seven was always higher than its expected outcome. You’d think the app designers would error on the side of the player winning…nope. Just a frustrating experience. I’m on to playing Wordscape while taking a dump from now on.

Original Review:
I downloaded this to practice for a trip to Vegas. I like the interface, sounds, graphics and commentary are great. Auto betting is awesome…

But the stinking app will not let you have fun! I’ve rolled many thousands of rolls, and it always seems like there is an outcome to a roll within 3 rolls of the come-out roll! So frustrating! This is either a point or a seven within 3 rolls after the come-out. I wanted to try out different strategies, (light side and dark side), and neither are fun because there’s always an outcome before you can get on a streak.

I started tracking things in the last three days. In about four hours of game play, I rolled 1500 times…my average outcome (7 or point) after the come out was 3.2 rolls. I sevened out 61% of the time, point 30% of the time, and either crapped out or won on the come-out roll 9% of the time. The longest streak without an outcome was 15 rolls. I PSO’d 72 times!!

I’m not mad at the percentages of seven outs…I’m mad that I could never try different pressing strategies, or regressions, etc. it got to a point where I would call it if I thought an outcome would roll next, and I got good at predicting the future. I’m busting out my poker chips and real dice now. I’ll still use this while taking dumps I guess.

**Developer response:** There is no algorithm or preset outcome… It’s all random.

### 1/5 — Tons of 7s

*2025-05-01, version 7.3.2*

would be awesome if 7s were actual 7 odds. But it’s not. If you bet for 7s you loose. If you bet for table you lose. Not fun

### 1/5 — Too complicated

*2025-04-02, version 7.3.2*

This program is waaay too complicated, unlike any craps table I’ve ever played. Do you offer a less than “Deluxe” version?

### 1/5 — Over charged

*2025-03-21, version 7.3.2*

The app says 1.99 but when i purchased this my credit card was charged $7.55.

### 1/5 — Inaccurate

*2024-12-29, version 7.3.2*

Doesn’t recognize all bets-

### 1/5 — Could be more fun!

*2024-11-20, version 7.3.2*

Sevens out way too often

### 1/5 — So Unreal

*2024-09-03, version 7.3.2*

This is so fixed like a casino video machine. There is not reason it should be as you are not playing for real money. The app sees when you are ahead and will roll absolutely ridiculous numbers so you not only stay even, or lose at normal casino edge, you lose every single roll. I have tested this out over weeks and the pattern is 100% recognizable.

### 1/5 — Just a game

*2024-05-19, version 7.3*

Game is useless. Way fewer 7’s than a live craps video.

### 1/5 — Change my mind - app likely uses algorithms to limit play

*2024-05-08*

Tens of thousands of rolls on this game - free and paid version. Roll the same strategy long enough and you will notice oddities, not in your favor, that are highly highly unlikely in how they consistently correlate with increased bets and bankroll. Dice are streaky, but not predictably streaky. If they were this predictable IRL I would be a craps legend.

Yes, the app does average out to statistical expectations over the long haul, hundreds to thousands of rolls, but does that matter if the game makes you start to lose automatically at certain thresholds and with recurring betting patterns?

I say no, it ruins the game. At best you wind up playing little games with yourself to try and fool the algorithm and grind out wins, which ultimately ruins the game. The feel is off for any player who plays IRL.

It seems you can win for a bit using some moderate to complex hedging, which seems to overwhelm the algorithm. That said, get your bankroll above ~$40k and things get quite fishy. Generally at this point, especially if you start max betting anything (~5k+), you consistently lose everything in a few shooters. Yes, you will win big hits from time to time, but only until you reach ~$40k then you will lose 75-80% of the time.

Would love if someone could change my mind, but I’m doubtful. What I don’t get is why…. I already paid for the app and there is no micropay motive for chips. Maybe it’s to limit bankroll to stay within a range reasonable to chip denominations?

**Developer response:** Let me see if I got this right... I'm a big craps fan; I spent thousands of hours developing this game over the past dozen years or so with the intention to build a great app and make money, but I'm purposely making my game less fun to play.... because... because for some reason I want craps players who buy my game to have a bad experience playing the game we all love? Is that right?

There is no algorithm. There is NOTHING in the game that changes results based on how you bet, how much you bet, what your betting strategy is, etc... NOTHING. There is a function in iOS that I and every other craps app calls to generate a random number. That's it. There is no reason in the world why I or any other craps game developer would be motivated to make your game session less enjoyable. Again, what would be the purpose of that?

### 1/5 — Rigged and the developer will respond with “We use a random number generator blah blah blah

*2024-01-26*

Ok, so it seems like this app is used to dissuade you from testing rolls to experiment with strategies. I know the standard developer response is incoming but facts are facts. The app learns how you bet using AI and either gives you a 7 out at the most inappropriate time or hits your point or lay bet. You can do this and still stay within the statistical expectation without deviating from statistical expectations in most cases. This app was created to keep you from winning big at the casino and probably paid for by the big money casinos. If I set the dice to manual, my outcomes are significantly different on every single strategy. I’ll be awaiting the standard “Random number generator” response from the developer.

**Developer response:** None of this is true.

### 5/5 — The Best Craps App, Hands Down

*2026-08-17*

This is the best craps app on the App Store, no question. You can place and play almost every current bet and play style, and the best feature: NO ADS. Bless you dev(s) for this. I cannot thank you enough.

My one complaint is that you cannot set your bets to ON when Coming Out. That skews the odds and even skews some of my strategies. I should be able to turn my bets on or off for every roll. Otherwise, this app is the best craps roller available.

EDIT - the devs responded (quickly, too) and are working to fix the issue. Again, that is my only complaint with this game, and even with that, this is still THE best craps simulator on the App Store, no question. Stay away from Crapsee, and go with this one.

**Developer response:** There is a preference in betting preferences to have your bets working on the come out roll. However, there is a bug in the current version where that setting does not take place immediately. We will fix that in an upcoming release.

### 5/5 — Excellent simulation and fun

*2026-08-16, version 8.0.3*

Great to learn and then try strategies. Love the stick calls. Played the “lite” version for a while and it’s fine but this deluxe version is much more polished.
A nice feature for consideration would be thd option to specify table minimums to simulate various buy-in strats. It all can be reduced to $5 table but it would be nice to just select and have it enforce appropriate bets. Thanks dev!

### 5/5 — Bet targeting, and weird preferences to tilt die rolls.

*2026-07-14, version 8.0.3*

If you bet x, the dice will roll y. Maybe you can disprove that by revealing code, but I’m looking for another craps app.

### 5/5 — Great Craps Simulation

*2026-06-07, version 8.0.3*

This is a great craps simulation, but after a God roll it will PSO about 11 times before it resets. Do recommend it until the Jews step in to take your fake money. 5 stars no David.

### 5/5 — Real Odds No Ads

*2026-05-05, version 8.0.3*

I rather pay for the app than watch ads. Perfect for simulating a real game.

### 5/5 — Does not work

*2026-04-07, version 8.0.3*

Please refund me. This does not work properly

### 5/5 — CRAPS DELUXE - JUST LIKE THERE

*2026-03-31, version 8.0.3*

Craps deluxe keeps me in tune with the game so that I am dialed in when I can finally play craps in person.

### 5/5 — Suggestion

*2026-03-13, version 8.0.3*

This is a great game and fun for testing strategies. I wish you could on-the-fly turn place bets on for the come out roll. I also wish you could throw any amount on the prop bets rather than the ‘correct’ amount.

### 5/5 — Surprisingly complete version of craps

*2026-02-25, version 8.0.3*

Craps Deluxe is a surprisingly complete version of craps offering a wide range of options and customizable settings. I recently learned about the “Hop” and “Fire” bets and was impressed to see that this app supports both of these uncommon bets. I highly recommend this app for anyone looking to play craps for fun or to learn everything before heading to the casino.

### 5/5 — Awesomeness

*2026-02-23, version 8.0.3*

Way too fun can’t wait for any new add on side bets like repeaters and other good fun stuff to bet
