Instead of getting food delivered from your local restaurants, this is basically just a giant factory where they manufacture food that is supposed to taste like other restaurants, and then they deliver it to you about 30 minutes late. We do understand that this model is new and nothing similar has been done in the area. We do our best to communicate how the ordering process works.
