Just keeps taking me to the login screen which I’ve done numerous times. I can see where you added allergies but I’m allergic to fish but not shellfish. The font is small on here and it’s really hard to see all of the choices from each menu. It’s almost impossible to get your order in. Never tried to order food. After punting it, I decided to give it another try because the restaurants sounded good. It wouldn’t even install. Not a good sign for future use. ### 5/5 — Phenomenal *2020-08-29, version 1.0.52* It was obvious that the items I received were prepared by professionals and packed accordingly. Food was delivered on time and still bordering hot at my door (surviving the drive out to Kuna). I live in a newly developed neighborhood that still has its problems with google maps so I expected an issue with delivery. Customer service “dispatch” called me to kindly verify my address and sort out this very minor delay (still on time). The flavor they pack into each dish is incredible. The portions from my items were very generous and it’s clear that they aim to impress. Beyond all that, the pricing on most options may seem expensive compared to other food delivery choices. I don’t believe it’s fair to compare this experience to Uber Eats or DoorDash. Now, be prepared to wait over an hour and have poor quality food. Contacted customer service after receiving a terrible order, and was very underwhelmed by how it was handled, especially after countless orders over the last 1.5 years. Uninstalled app and will never order from them again. Instead of getting food delivered from your local restaurants, this is basically just a giant factory where they manufacture food that is supposed to taste like other restaurants, and then they deliver it to you about 30 minutes late. This allows us to offer our customers the ability to order from 1 or all 18 concepts and get them delivered all together. The concepts offered there were brought to this location based on research done on this area. We offer some concepts from around the nation as well as two local options (The Grove and Mai Thai). We do understand that this model is new and nothing similar has been done in the area. We do our best to communicate how the ordering process works. We are always happy to take feedback and implement change when needed. We would love to speak with you to get more details on your delivery and food experience. Knowing details such as which dishes were salty and greasy can help that concept improve. We've even taken items off of the menu if multiple customers have had a similar experience. Have you guys ever used DoorDash? Maybe you should do some competitive research before making this garbage. ### 1/5 — Another crappy delivery service *2021-01-23, version 6.0.12* Food showed up cold and 17 mins after they said it would be at my house. Took the driver 30 mins to drive me food from a location 8 mins from my house. Trying to get it fixed is a joke. No one answers the phone number that you call, it says leave a name and number, no email to contact, no chat, nothing. So spent 50$ and got cold fries and cold burgers and can’t even get ahold of anyone. What’s joke. It’s worse then Uber eats or door dash which I hate them too, but at least they actually have someone that fixes the problem when it occurs. But the app immediately after download gives me empty pages of info. No menu or other info. It asks for my zip and various locations around the country come up (as if they are our zip), but there is only one zip like ours! We have a crave location just a few miles from us.
