The app looked promising at first, and the video clipper seemed to be working normally during processing. However, after it finished, it showed “0 videos completed,” and no clips were generated at all. It’s frustrating because I already paid for the subscription but couldn’t actually use the main feature I subscribed for. There was also no clear explanation of what the error meant or how to fix it. Because of this experience, I’m giving a 1-star review. Then I changed the link, now it’s charging me for it. Can’t use, can’t see proof if works. It’s trash or scam. **Developer response:** You had an error generating a clip the first time, it happens rarely, one in a thousand times, you consumed the free credits and second time it worked but you didn't have enough credits. I fixed the bug, now in rare occasions it fail then I refund credits.
