Then he discovered the “Theater” which is multiple cartoon series of short (~10 min) episodes within the game. It totally zombified him and he went into tantrums when I would take the tablet away. He would ONLY want to watch those shows, not play any other game or the Crayola game itself, and he would wake up and ask for the tablet immediately. I had to hide the game and will probably end up ininstalling it if his obsession doesn’t wane. What a waste. DEVELOPERS: You should at least password lock the theater behind parental controls or give an option to disable that feature! What’s the point of having + if we can’t access our animals we bought and earned. **Developer response:** There are two versions of the Scribble Scrubbie Pets app, the App Store version and the Apple Arcade version (with the + symbol). The Apple Arcade version requires you to have an active subscription and the App Store version has a separate subscription you can purchase. Progress does not transfer between the two different versions, so progress you unlock on one app will not sync to the other version. This is the case with most Apple Arcade apps.
