I’m a UX designer and I’ve started to introduce this when running sketch workshops. It’s helped me participate more rather than just facilitate, and the other team members have said they like how ‘it makes time more transparent’. 

Could you add a feature to alter the time cycle? I.e do 8 x 40 secs for a 5 min session? That would be ace!
