Looks like this has been a known issue for some time, so it makes it even worse that they continue to let people waste their time with it. ### 1/5 — The app is not working. *2020-12-30, version 2.1.2* I couldn’t create an account on the app without signing up which is disappointing because I wanted to visit the location in Pensacola, FL. The outside of the packaging was fine, and was still sealed when I bough it. When I got home and opened the box, the massage stick was in a sealed plastic package, but inside the package was large amounts of dirt and yellow and black splotches all over the massage stick. The item was clearly used, and not cleaned before repackaged. ### 1/5 — Ridiculous *2020-06-09, version 1.3* This is absolutely ridiculous that each person HAS to have the app in order to enter the store, you are not allowed to take in a purse. I will not carry my wallet phone and keys and tampons if I want to go in especially when I can go to dirt cheap and be allowed to take my purse in. It’s kind of ridiculous that they assume that someone would want to take something so bad that you won’t ally them to bring their purse in. Even my husband and friend thought this was ridiculous. Supposedly the app is a free membership. Even bjs wholesale allows the customers spouse in if at least one of them have the “membership “ I honestly think it’s a way to make their memberships skyrocketed. I won’t shop here that’s for sure, because it’s a huge inconvenience to leave my purse in the car where people can scout the parking lot and see my purse sitting in my car. ### 1/5 — Crazy *2020-06-08, version 1.3* Well if your looking for a down scaled flea market this is the place to go.They have giant bins filled with cloths and also a fun touch they have cookies and candy just dumped on top of the cloths . Tried to reset password, it says I’m Not registered with that email. Try to register again, it says I’m already registered. How can people shop if you require an app that wont let them create or log into their account? Thought it was just my phone, but it didn’t work for my husband either. Days later and after Re installing the app, I still cannot get it to work. I used my main email to register and it says already a user. Went to sign in, says invalid. I tried forgot password with main email and says that it’s not registered. I tried different emails and received the same “credentials/user already exists” which is a lie cause I use those emails for spam.
