Sometimes the app lags too. ### 2/5 — Hardly works *2024-02-13, version 1.4* I don't think I've ever left a review on an app ever, but this app is terrible. Requiring tracking is ridiculous as well as that it wouldn't log me in and I had to keep typing my information in after it refreshed, making you think you're signed in. I thought the app would be more functional than the website, this isn't the case. The app however is a nightmare to use. It constantly logs me out once I’ve logged in. The navigation is horrible, I can’t “go back” to the precious page, I have to go to the menu and do it all the long way and lose track of what I was looking at. Just want an app that keeps me logged in so I can keep track of the piercings I’m looking at and a back button so I can keep track of where I am. I always get fed up and just use the website. The app does not carry the option for tracking across to the mobile settings therefore there is no access to turn it on through there either, so I cannot use the app at all unfortunately ### 2/5 — Not great *2023-05-29, version 1.4* Can’t use the app without allowing for cookies and tracking across other apps. It also makes you log back in every single time you close out of the app. There’s also an extensive loading period after you do anything. Product pictures are so small they’re utterly useless to browse from, but clicking on every single product for details takes forever.
