You can buy 30B coins for $100, but progressing in a minor way in the game costs in the TRILLIONS. You use 150K spins to reach a goal and get 50 spins back. It’s basically a slot machine game where they control the outcome of the spins and thus you reaching goals. It is not skill-based at all. You will get really close to a goal and then spend thousands of useless spins to prevent you from reaching the next goal and then the pop ups to purchase start where you get VERY little back for a lot of money. Took my money, left me with no product that I paid for and refuse to refund or goodwill gesture missing items I paid for and expected. I gave them the chance to fix it, they refused and ignored me hence this review. If offered every alternative possible to rectify it, dig their heels in to no so now this is my honest review of their customer service, they just add insult to injury and take the mick out of you more when you. No they’re saying I have to contact Apple for a refund :’) ridiculous.
