If you wish to advance far, you need to purchase as many extra time boosts as you can because your gonna need them to pass. Beware of the timed levels, they send the customers in so slowly so you can’t possibly reach the number of customers/dishes required without using your extra time boost. Also the gem cost to buy boosters is extremely high. 200 for regular boosts and 300 for specials.
