CREAM assistant+ is also a base of your contacts, which you can quickly create and organize. You gather all "contact history" - personal information, notes from meetings, latest arrangements. That will keep you always up to date. Customer calls and you already have all relevant information at your hand - "contact history" is displayed on your screen.
