i don’t understand how you are supposed to sign in without a team code. what does it mean by team code when you sign up??? does your team all have to use this app for it to work??? someone help!

I was signing into the app and when I completed it I pressed the continue button, but it didn’t do anything. It does not log me in and I can’t use the app. I powered off my phone and the app worked but when I swiped out it logged me out again and I was unable to login.
