Speed one in reverse or forward is normal, speed two through six is all full speed!

Bonne application pour piloter le ventilateur de plafond. Elle est facile d’utilisation.
Par contre pour le service après-vente, c’est pas le top. Impossible de joindre le SAV. Le numéro de téléphone renvoie vers l’application qui n’est pas claire. Il n’est pas facile d’expliquer les dysfonctionnements et je suis toujours dans l’attente de la prise en compte de mon problème..

J’ai acheté 2 ventilateurs CREATE qui fonctionnaient bien durant 1 an, depuis quelques temps, les télécommandes ne commandent plus la lumière et l’application ne parvient pas à les connecter ter. 
J’ai contacté le service après-vente clients et je n’ai pas de réponse depuis plusieurs semaines. 
Impossible d’utiliser l’application idem pour les télécommandes
J’ai déjà fait 2 demandes SAV et les réponses apportées par email ne m’ont pas permis de réparer moi même. Je l’ai signalé à nouveau et depuis plus rien. Ça fait plusieurs mois !!!

I have ordered 3 products and still wait for its late delivery.
App is focussed to get orders in but section “Conctact Us” doesn’t give any way to contact them!  This is highly unprofessional for a corporate company!

Simply doesn’t work, tried “log in” “register” “continue as guest” non works- “an error occurred” message displayed and you can’t do anything with the app. ( I have tried many times, deleted and reinstalled the app a few times with no luck)

You have to register your guarantee through the app. The app tells you that they will verify the guarantee and confirm by email but you never receive any confirmation your product has been registered for the guarantee. Will put me off any future purchase

It is hard to leave a review on the product and the app for the robot s40 is totally useless.
I am trying to send the robot back or to chat with the customer service from Italy and it is very difficult and frustrating.

Such a shame because they have nice design products.
