Charge 17.99 per week and you only receive 1200 credits. One video cost 1000 credits so there’s the problem right there. You’re gonna have to re-top up several times in order to make a couple videos each week. And just like with AI you know they say the product name wrong you know words were skipped in the video that I made and it’s like now I can’t even get my credit back and I’m definitely going to cancel my subscription. It is not worth the price, not at all.

I really wanted to love this platform because the video quality is excellent. Unfortunately, I’ve had a very disappointing experience.

I purchased the $199.99 plan, but about 90% of the videos generated for my brand have been unusable due to frequent pronunciation errors, totally unnatural scenes like a woman with three hands, and unexpected typos introduced by the AI. The biggest issue is that every failed generation still consumes credits, leaving me with very little usable content despite paying for the service.

I have already contacted customer support twice and have not received any response.

I would appreciate a prompt resolution, whether by restoring the credits lost to these failed generations, extending my subscription, or providing another fair solution. I truly hope the team improves this because the platform has great potential, but the current experience has been very frustrating.

I paid $8.99 for the weekly trial and was only able to create ONE video—no option to make more.

The video quality was fine, but the product shown was completely wrong, and there was no way to fix or edit it. That made the video useless.

Charging for a trial but limiting users to one inaccurate, uneditable video is extremely disappointing and not worth the cost.

Feel free to hold your response. There is no reason other than take hardworking people’s money for this mess.
