Why did you change the app? The old app was even better than this one! My question is, why change a good thing? This new app is not informative of my account at all. I sometimes have this issue on the creative planning website as well, but I can usually figure it out by resetting my password. On the app, nothing works, it will always tell me invalid username or password. Creative planning would be better off not having an app than offering this piece of trash.

It literally looks like a freshman in high school made this app as a class project.  Extremely basic and of little value. You can check your balances and get minimal charts of your historical account values. 
Have some pride and get a developer make an app that is useful.
