## What is CreatorClone?

You already know how to work hard. What you do not have is someone watching your numbers, deciding what comes next, and telling you when to push and when to back off.

That is this. A coach that remembers every set you have logged, every meal, every weigh-in, and rewrites your plan around them. Not a chatbot handing you a template.

It remembers, so you never repeat yourself.
Tell it once about the bad shoulder, the work trips, the movements you hate. It builds around them and tells you why a lift changed. Ask what you decided about your knee six weeks ago and it pulls up the real history. It also forgets on purpose: an injury holds for two weeks, then it asks whether you are still hurt instead of protecting you forever. You can read what it knows about you and take any line off the list.

You will never open the app wondering what to do.
Today's session is already built and already loaded. Your weights come from what you actually lifted last time, heavy enough to grow and not so heavy you get hurt. On a lift you have never done it estimates from your size, then corrects the moment you log a real set. Warm-up ramps are done for you, and every lift comes with an animated demo so form is never a guess.

It will not hand you a lift you have no gear for.
Barbell but no bench, and it never puts a bench press in your week. It checks what a movement takes against what you actually own before it writes anything.

Your program gets better every week without you managing it.
It reads what you logged, adds sets to the muscles you shorted, rotates your accessories when a block ends, and trims the week when it runs past the time you have. Your walks and runs go on the days your lifting can absorb them. Week 12 gets written by week 11, not by a PDF you downloaded in January.

Cut or bulk, decided for you.
Stop flip-flopping. A progress photo, your weigh-ins and your lifts pick the direction, then it runs the phase: calories, protein, training emphasis, and a weekly answer on whether you are on pace. It also tells you when to stop, which is the part nobody else does.

Log a meal in seconds.
Snap a photo, scan a barcode, say it out loud, or type it. Macros land instantly and your targets move with your phase. Meal plans work around your allergies, your diet, and the food you actually eat.

See exactly where you are falling behind.
Every muscle mapped by weekly volume, so nothing quietly goes missing. Weight, strength and recovery week over week, so you get the trend instead of a wall of numbers.

Your coach is on your wrist.
Log every set from the watch, with heart rate and calories running live. Start a walk or a run from it. Say what you ate into it and your phone takes it from there. Leave it in your pocket and the current set and rest clock sit in the Dynamic Island.

It speaks first.
Stall a lift, hit a personal record, or come within a day of losing a streak, and it starts the conversation. You do not have to remember to ask.

Ask for a change and you see it before it happens.
Every edit you ask for arrives as a card spelling out what it wants to do, down to the sets, and nothing moves until you tap. The weekly upkeep is the one thing that runs on its own, and it tells you what it changed.

Pick a coach you will actually listen to.
Warm and relentless, or calm and clinical, or loud at six in the morning. Choose the voice that gets you moving, then hear it in your ear through the set, over your music.

Built to survive real life.
Travel, illness, a brutal week at work: it scales down and snaps back when you are ready. On a GLP-1 it protects muscle while you lose. Syncs with Apple Health. It never shames you for a miss.

Bring your history with you.
Import from Hevy or JEFIT and week one is built on the lifts you already did, instead of a blank first page.

Give it 30 days.
If it has not earned its place by then, tell us and we will make sure you get your money back. You have a month to find out, and nothing to lose by starting.

### 5/5 — Best full-service fitness app I’ve used

*2026-08-30*

Creator Clone stands out from the generic fitness apps I’ve tried because it actually feels personalized to your body, lifestyle, and goals, and constantly adjusts based on your needs and progress. You can track your workouts, calories, and health stats from your wearables all in one place, and you can even take a picture of your food to log it, which makes calorie tracking incredibly easy. The AI coach is always there too, so you’re never left guessing about how to adjust your routine, whether it’s a normal training day, a rest day, or you’re dealing with an injury. There’s honestly so much packed into one app, and you can tell they’re constantly improving it. Highly recommend if you want a comprehensive fitness app that actually adapts to you.

### 5/5 — Use this if you actually want to see results

*2026-08-25*

I feel like this is the first workout app I’ve used that is actually made by gym rats and not just a bunch of coders holed up in a room. It keeps you accountable and adapts to your daily routine, and it even helps you track your macros by simply taking a picture of your meals.

### 5/5 — Best fitness tracking app

*2026-08-24*

Creator Clone doesn’t leave any room for guessing. It’s the most tailored fitness coaching app I’ve used and has unlocked the next level in my fitness journey. It’s built to incentivize accurate tracking and has pushed me to go further in both workout and diet.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.6 — 2026-09-12

Create supersets and choose whether to keep exercises paired or separate them for one workout. Updated rest timers distinguish the transition between exercises from recovery after a round.

Edit individual foods and portions directly from your meal cards. Describe a meal in text, then review and adjust its ingredients.

Meal plans and swaps remember food combinations you have asked to avoid.

Plus fixes for workout changes and reliability improvements.

### 1.0.5 — 2026-09-08

Your day holds every workout you did, not just the one we planned.

Log the workout that wasn't in the plan. A five-mile run, a spin class, a late-night lift — tap Add Workout and it rides the day it happened on, next to the session from your program. More than one workout on a day is normal now. Studio classes are in the picker by name with their usual length filled in, there's a row for logging your own, and none of it distorts the progression math on your planned work.

Cardio moved onto the day, out of a tab of its own. Runs, rides and walks sit beside your lifts, a day is two taps, and the week's total counts each session once at the number that was measured. Your cardio target carries a heart-rate band and steps up after three consistent weeks.

Tell your coach where it hurts. Two taps at signup — when it bothers you, and whether anyone has looked at it — and your program picks around it. A knee that only complains under load gets a substitute that still trains the leg. After a session that touched it, your coach asks one question and adjusts from the answer.

Your coach reads your setup before answering about it. Ask how your watch data gets in and it checks what you have actually connected, instead of describing a settings screen that doesn't exist. A Garmin, Fitbit or Galaxy arrives through Apple Health, and the coach now says so.

Your coach stops nagging. The broken-streak messages, the food-logging reminders and the 8pm "did you train yet" are gone. In their place: a note on Monday when the week is set, a review on Sunday of the one you just finished, and a heads-up at the hour you said you train.

Fixed some legibility issues with light mode, particularly some elements on the main dashboard.

Plus an x to clear the food search, a workout player that holds your place through an interruption, a rest timer that counts the whole rest, food search that knows which country you're in, and a long list of fixes.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-09-04

Your coach is on your wrist. The new watch app puts four things a glance away: how recovered you are, how much of the day's food is left, what today's session is, and where your weight is heading. Tap any one to open it.

Train from your watch. Log every set, see the day's whole exercise list with your progress on it, and keep an eye on elapsed time, heart rate and calories while you work. Finished sessions reach Apple Health carrying the energy you actually burned.

Log a meal by talking to your wrist. Tap the plus, say what you ate, and your phone takes it from there, so you are not standing in the kitchen waiting for it to think.

The set you are in, on your Lock Screen. A Live Activity keeps the current set and a running clock in the Dynamic Island, and the rest timer still buzzes when your phone is locked.

Bring your training history with you. Import from Hevy or JEFIT and your coach starts from the lifts you already did, streak and badges included, instead of a blank first week. If you log somewhere else, ask us and we will look at adding it.

Plus a bunch of bug fixes.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-08-27

Ask your coach a question and you get an answer you can read at a glance, not a paragraph to wade through.

Answers you can act on. Ask about your week, your macros, your lifts, or what changed in your plan, and it comes back as a card built for that question, with one tap through to the full screen.

More exercise demos. Animated form loops and warm-up ramps now cover the lifts you run most, so nothing is a guess mid set.

Apple Health, both directions. Finished workouts flow back into Health, and the app goes and collects the days it never recorded.

Name the day. Set the date a goal has to land on instead of picking from presets, and the plan works backward from it.

Your Sunday review got sharper. The weekly card now carries the same verdict and four-domain read as the full review.

Plus a confirmation card that expires instead of waiting forever, and a long list of fixes.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-08-11

A big one. Your coach got a memory, and your plan got a direction.

Coach memory. Tell it about the bad shoulder or the work trip once and it stays told. Ask what you decided weeks ago and it pulls up the real history instead of guessing.

Cut or bulk, decided. A progress photo, your weigh-ins, and your lifts now set your phase, then run it: calories, protein, training emphasis, and a weekly read on whether you are on pace. It tells you when to stop.

Demos on every exercise. Animated form reference and warm-up ramps built into each lift, so nothing is a guess mid set.

Coaching in your ear. Hear your coach call the set over your music, hands free.

Muscle balance map. Weekly volume across every muscle group, so nothing falls behind by accident.

Faster food logging, smarter portions, and meal plans built around what is already in your kitchen.

Plus a new look, Apple Health syncing, and a long list of fixes.
