## What is CreaTourES?

The CreaTourES App is the best way to discover Points of Interest and Routes through the Adriatic – Ionian region and it opens the door to the most captivating places and experiences.

You can browse through lists of Points of interest in each participating country by category and subcategory like Culture and History, Activities, Nature or Accommodation. You can select a specific Point of Interest in order to view further information including a description with relevant links, contact information, location and a gallery of photographs depicting the Point. You can also view these Points of Interest on an interactive map and see their distance from your own location.

You can view the Routes chosen by each country and read a short description for each one of them. You can also plan your own route by answering a short list of questions about your trip. You can enter information like your interests, your destination and duration of your trip and the application will suggest a route that you can follow with relevant Points of Interest.

Additional functionalities:

• The user can scan a QR code of a Point of Interest through the application and automatically see the information page for the corresponding POI. 
• By selecting the AR button in the application, the mobile camera opens and the user can locate nearby points of interest in the form of markers on the horizon and around him, within the image he sees.
• The user can alter their profile and app preferences and fill out a questionnaire about the experience of visiting one of the pre-made routes.
