it knows it’s a foreign visa card, I enter the info, just says “declined by Decision Manager”

so, no ticket for me

ソウルのバスツアーを予約して、クレカ引き落としもされ、承認が必要との事で2日間も待たされ、結局勝手にキャンセルされ、しかもこちらからキャンセルしていないのに、ユーザーキャンセルの為と書かれ、返金するとはなっているが、それも本当にされるかはわからない。結局滞在時間切れで自力で乗る事もできない。時間とお金を奪われただけ。皆さん利用を避けて！
