App -really- needs to remember log in credentials. Will log me out within the same day. And having a download for offline is brilliant, as that saves me on data when I’m unable to connect to wi-fi. The app seems to only have the full price no matter what the website says. Selling things for 2 different prices depending on how you’re connected is a con. For example right now the Charcoal drawing course is $5 on the website, I just went to purchase it on the app - $29.99! Disgraceful business practice. Nobody wants to be cheated out of the current cheaper price. Also, the app interface is clumsy and messy and just not a nice experience. It was going pretty well and at some point when I changed my password and had to log back in it keeps saying the log in is incorrect! I’ve tried and double checked multiple times but it won’t work. I went to try on the website and it worked just fine so I think it’s a problem on the app’s behalf. ### 4/5 — App is amazing but out dated *2022-07-10, version 1.3.3* The app makes it super easy to get around and I will definitely continue to use it, but the new things aren't on it. You have to go to the website for new courses and products but when you get them they do show up in your lessons. They’re the best I’ve purchased. I love the ease of use, for the app, and that when I look at new courses, it shows me what’s already in my library (I accidentally double purchased from website, forgetting that it was already in my library). But one thing I’d love to see on the app, that’s on the website version, is the “completed lesson”. I’d love to be able to open up where I left off. I have many of the courses, and really enjoy watching them, and sometimes I have two or more going at the same time. I’d love to be able to leave a book mark if you will. That’s the only reason I’m not giving it a full 5. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Quality Courses *2025-06-05, version 2.5.12* I didn’t even know there was an app when I subscribed to Aaron’s Art Club. When I found out, it was exciting! The app makes the courses so accessible and easy to filter through. You can even download your courses for offline viewing. BUT, that’s just the software side of things. The content is what counts. And this content is so, so quality! I am already so thankful for the wisdom and knowledge I’m learning for Blaise’s careful, clean, thorough, and very relatable teaching. I would especially recommend this for anyone wanting to pursue 2D animation like me, but there are also courses for graphic design, 3D animation, painting, and so much more! I’m just glad I found out about this resource. It is affordable and such good quality. ### 5/5 — Excellent content *2025-03-07, version 2.5.8* Excellent! I just bought some of the courses they offer at $1 and $5. They have other more expensive courses, and free ones too, but getting easy to understand courses about the basics of anatomy and perspective, as well as how to use the layers feature and other functions in Procreate, is great. When I subscribed to Aaron Blaise’s newsletter he gave out free brushes to download and use with some programs such as procreate. Really great brushes. I’ve been subscribed to his YouTube channel for a quite a while now and he shares so many amazing videos and even some tutorials. He is a very kind and generous person. Purchasing one of his courses was definitely worth it. Never would I ever thought that I would be able to purchase a course from a legendary artist. I will definitely purchase more courses. Only thing I have issue with is I’ve forgotten my password and nowhere on the app allows you to change it.
