This app does just that.  My son cracks up over the funny characters he makes and he loves to show them to us.  This app has already paid for itself keeping my son entertained.

My friends kids can't get enough of this app! So simple but so much fun, I even enjoy making my own creature now and then. Worth the money and then some!
