It gets stuck in a white screen after I click “sign up”

Had to sign up in my iPad because hit would get stuck on a white screen on iPhone. Every feature I hit just goes to a white screen. Phone is up to date on software. Also tried deleting the app and redownloading it, didn’t work. Everything thing works on iPad though
