It gave me credit line which I really needed with low utilization. As credit utilization is 30% or more of your credit score, increasing your credit line is essential to get higher score. Thank you. You may even be able to do an in person deposit at a WSFS bank, but I haven’t tried it yet. I use it mainly to rent cars, so the 2K card max allows me to do it vs the credit cards that give you a 300 max. ### 5/5 — Fast credit score increase! *2025-10-14, version 1.9.20* You can say that my credit score needed a bandaid and I kid you not, within two months of using the metal debit card, my credit score actually jumped up by 47 points!!! I surely only expected the 5-10 points I got from other credit repair companies I have tried in the past so I felt it was well worth the time to recommend everyone else who is considering trying it out! Even if you have good credit already, this is still a great option to manage your money and protecting yourself online with the virtual cards, timer mode and being able to mark merchants as friends or foe to prevent them from taking any more money. Account never in the negative! They one day decided to close out my account for no reason at all. Tried to apply again 6 months later, denied. Terrible company. Ava $2500 trade line is way better! ### 1/5 — Unable to Update Address *2026-02-17, version 1.9.22* I was able to update my email address without any issue and was able to update my physical address at my other bank and all my other credit card companies without any issue, but Cred.ai would only allow me to update my address by sending them a picture of myself with a photo of my new drivers license with updated address. When I wasn’t able to get a new drivers license right away, they CLOSED MY ACCOUNT and told me I could try to reapply in 2 months but couldn’t guarantee that I would be approved. Apparently this company collects data to sell it on the dark web.
