Thank you! ### 1/5 — Can’t verify credentials *2025-10-12* I’m an active member, my benefits are active, I’ve confirmed my account info and am able to login on my computer. But this app has never once let me login- every time I enter my username and pw it says “cannot verify credentials”. ### 1/5 — Can’t Login *2025-06-25* This app looks as though it was constructed in the 90’s. It is archaic and not only that, the screen where you choose how you want to dual factor authenticate doesn’t work so I am in fact never able to login. It’s useless and I wouldn’t recommend anyone download it. I have called them multiple times and nobody has been able to get my account to a place where I can login. Only slightly worse than the website itself. It is difficult or impossible to actually see the information on my insurance plan.
