This is for business, for the last 11 days have been following up and raising tickets as I am unable to sync data. This is open issue and there is no response. Do not subscribe to the service. The follow up pre-sales was non-stop. Both sales and demo person have quite and no accountable person is responding to tickets being raised and phone calls. It has been less than a month since I subscribed to this service, I would cancel it if I could in a heart beat.
