I thought I had client signatures but nope they’re gone now. It’s like I never saw them and the notes I started with them are gone. App is due for a mass update. ### 1/5 — Useless *2019-06-18, version 1.15.1* This app does not work at all. I can’t make a single report with it. What’s the point? And why do people actually attempt this? The app makers really need to go back to the drawing board. ### 2/5 — Needs Work *2018-11-27, version 1.14* Low rating due to many glitches. Often unable to write notes due to page not loading. Unable to edit notes once submitted. Unable to view new plans of care once updated on a computer. Is anyone working on this or had the app been abandoned? ### 2/5 — This App Could Be Good, But... *2017-10-09, version 1.11* First of all, the app isn’t fully functional. At present, if I want to make corrections to a service provided, I cannot do this through the app. That’s just ridiculous. What’s the point of an app if it is only a sometimes solution? Second, this system should be made intelligently. There is no reason I should ever have to select for a second time which client I am making an entry for. Furthermore, the system should know which services/locations/billing groups any specific client is eligible for, and remove from the selection process for that client the ones they are not eligible for. The overwhelming range of choices only results in errors and an endless source of frustration for the coordinators and anyone who has to try and use this data to compile billing. Fix this stuff, and you could have a killer client billing app. ### 1/5 — Won't login to Credible *2017-02-17, version 1.9* Neither myself nor my coworkers are able to get the app to log in. Even a hard phone reset doesn’t help. I can’t view my schedule in the app apart from client meetings/services - this is a massive oversight because I can’t view the several other clinical team meetings and case reviews I have on my schedule almost daily within their phone app. Not to mention the fact that I can’t view client information, work on progress notes, see my colleagues schedules, schedule new appointments, and other significant short-fallings. I will not be using this application again until serious work is undertaken to expand its usefulness. ### 1/5 — 1.17.2 version won’t load *2020-10-07, version 1.17.2* I have attempted several times log on to the app and it will not load. However I was able to log on with the earlier versions. ### 1/5 — Terrible Update. *2020-03-02, version 1.16* This new update doesn’t load for those with a iPhone. I’ve tried disconnected mode that I use when I can’t load the app. When I get in disconnect mode there is no plus symbol to add a service. Disappointed! It’s been three weeks and still no fix for this. ### 1/5 — Newest update has made it unusable *2020-02-19, version 1.16* I don’t have 5 min to keep refreshing my screen while credible tries to load the last 5% of info so that the app can open. Keep it up and you might get 5 star! *2021-01-14, version 1.19* Our company has been using iOS platform for about two years and it has been more stable than the chrome-books we used in the past. ### 5/5 — Consistently Great!! *2018-03-26, version 1.12.1* There have been numerous enhancements and fixes over the past several years that have continued to make Credible Care an asset to staff in the field. The ability to have access to client information, my schedule, documenting services and obtaining signature while disconnected is extremely valuable. The sync’ing of services consistently works. ### 5/5 — Best EHR Linked Mobile App I've Come Across *2018-03-26, version 1.12* The app has greatly improved recently. It's functionality is on point and it is an absolute charm having this tool when in the field. Kudos to the Credible team - eager to see what's in store for this app moving forward ### 4/5 — Almost perfect *2019-09-25, version 1.15.3* The app works well for the most part and syncs when connected to WiFi with little inconvenience. However there are two glaring issues at hand regarding TX Plus: 1. TX Plus does not sync entirely when submitting forms. I have found that documentation areas disappear when reflect on Credible Web. 2. TX Plus does not sync when objectives and interventions are completed. I still have old intervention and objective areas in my current TX plus that are outdated. Please review and fix in the next release. ### 3/5 — Good startup *2020-07-08, version 1.17.1* Hopefully more functions will be added soon. ### 3/5 — What happened!!? *2018-11-07, version 1.14* Up until Monday, this was working fine. Minor issues here and there with it not sending notes or they send but aren’t saved properly. But now? I can’t even log in with the connected mode. The app keeps crashing. Kinda need this to work since I’m a mobile therapist... ### 3/5 — Doesn't appear that the app was tested well *2018-02-13, version 1.11* This app is good but it doesn't appear that the people who wrote it actually tried it and searched for bugs or problems. It does not save the dates you put in. If you schedule a signature for a service using credible live, it changes that date to the consequent date/time that you bring it up to get the signature. ### 3/5 — Not Fully Functional *2017-01-23, version 1.9* I'm having some functionality problems with this app. First of all, I can't access many of my client's pages. Second, if I look at my schedule for the day, it opens all of my visits at the same time, which register as incomplete visits. The app provides some definite convenience, but needs improvements. ### 2/5 — Crashing issue after update *2023-09-18, version 1.27.1* I was able to log in once, then when clicked to complete a service it crashed. Then every time I tried to log in it crashed. I deleted and reinstalled and now it seems to be working fine, with the addition of TouchID which is a real time saver. Hoping everyone doesn’t have to delete and reinstall! In general the app has limited functionality but it’s alright at what it does. ### 2/5 — Not a useful app *2020-12-29, version 1.19* I really wanted to like this app, but its bugs make it unusable. The biggest problem is that it reflects appointments as cancelled when they are not. At the very basic level, I want to be able to check whether my appointments are scheduled!!
