Credies is de mobiele beheertool voor bedrijven die werken met een urensysteem. Medewerkers registreren uren per klant, houden saldi bij en beheren het klantenbestand — snel, overzichtelijk en zonder papier. De app verbindt met het Credies-platform van uw bedrijf. Na inloggen werkt u direct met de instellingen, het logo en de terminologie van uw eigen organisatie. HOE HET WERKT Open de app en log in met uw bedrijfsaccount. Het dashboard toont meteen de statistieken: hoeveel klanten u heeft, wie een laag saldo heeft en een overzicht van recente mutaties. Selecteer een klant uit de lijst en registreer direct uren. U kiest het gewenste product of de dienst, stelt de tijd in via een handige invoer met snelkeuzes (15 min, 30 min, 1 uur, 2 uur) en bevestigt. De klant ontvangt automatisch een bevestiging via e-mail. Het bijboeken van uren werkt op dezelfde manier. Selecteer de klant, kies het product, stel de tijd in en bevestig. Alle mutaties worden direct verwerkt en zijn zichtbaar in het saldo-overzicht. KLANTBEHEER Zoek klanten op naam, bedrijfsnaam of klantnummer. Bekijk per klant het huidige saldo in uren, de volledige transactiegeschiedenis en de contactgegevens. Nieuwe klanten voegt u direct toe via de app, inclusief een startsaldo als dat gewenst is. Elke klant heeft een overzichtelijke detailpagina met: - Actueel saldo per product of dienst - Knoppen om direct uren bij te boeken of af te schrijven - Volledige transactiehistorie met omschrijvingen MAATWERK PER BEDRIJF Elke organisatie die werkt met Credies heeft zijn eigen inrichting. De app past zich automatisch aan: - Eigen logo en huiskleur in de interface - Eigen terminologie: "uren", "dagdelen", "beurten" of een andere term die uw bedrijf hanteert - Eigen productcatalogus met de diensten waarvoor u registreert - Instelbare tijdsafronding (per kwartier, half uur, etc.) Een werkgeversvereniging registreert uren en dagdelen, een adviesbureau registreert consultancy-uren, een zorginstelling registreert behandeltijd. De app past zich aan, niet andersom. VOOR WIE IS DIT Credies is ontwikkeld voor MKB-bedrijven die op een eenvoudige manier uren per klant willen bijhouden. Denk aan dienstverleners, adviesbureaus, zorg- en welzijnsinstellingen, werkgeversorganisaties en andere bedrijven die werken met een urensaldo per klant. De app is uitsluitend bedoeld voor medewerkers en beheerders van bedrijven die zijn aangesloten bij het Credies-platform. Een account via uw werkgever is vereist om in te loggen. It appears on the scan screen as soon as you choose an amount, so there is no need to skip the scanner and deduct manually just to explain what the credits were for. Your customer sees the note in their deduction email and on their personal balance page. Leaving it empty works exactly as before. ### 1.0.3 — 2026-08-28 Brand colour and readability The app hardcoded white text on the tenant's brand colour. That is unreadable on a light brand and invisible on a dark one. It now derives three things from that colour, using the same rules as the web panel (App\Support\BrandColor), and never alters the colour itself: Label on a coloured surface: white from 3:1 contrast, otherwise #111827 The colour used as text or icon: blended until it reaches 4.5:1 against the actual background A border around the surface, but only when the fill drops below 1.5:1 Negative balances Deducting more than the balance is allowed when the account permits it. No cap, no warning, and a customer at zero or below stays available Negative time was showing the wrong number: -1h45m appeared as -1h15m Products per customer Adding and deducting now list only the products linked to that customer, matching the web panel No linked products means both buttons are disabled with a clear message Fixes Some buttons were black on black in dark mode The product name in the add/deduct sheet rendered at 48pt monospace with a yellow underline System text size is capped at 1.3x iOS still showed the old blue logo on launch ### 1.0.2 — 2026-08-27 This update fixes three issues reported by users. • Buttons stay visible in dark mode, even when your company uses a dark brand colour. The button label adjusts automatically so it always stays readable. • Product names in the add and deduct screens display normally again, without oversized text and underlines. • Using larger text in your iPhone settings?
