The app needs revamping and fixing for it to work efficiently. Its still slow, whenever i want to use my thameen points it glitches and shuts down or quits the app. I have been trying to use the points for travel with no use. 
It makes you not want to use the apps and maybe cancel the credit card and move to another bank that has better online services and a better app.

After completing a task like paying for a card when I click the home button, it does not return home. Very slow app refresh. If I leave the app and return again, I get an error and I have to close the app and re-launch it.

Absolutely the best in BH in terms of services but how come your app is so atrocious? The old UI wasn’t the best but much better than the recent release. Please, learn from ila bank

Very nice app, user friendly

They just need to add requests tracker to allow user to check 5”the status of the request like submitted, in-progress or complete.

Developers did small revamp but great result  

The application still bit slow. Need to work out in speed without losing the features. And fix the raffle pop-up.

Good app, good design but App logs you off every 24 hours, this is kind of stupid, you can easily integrate TouchID to enhance security rather than log off every 24 hours.
