The App generates multiple error messages within seconds. Quick lay whatever service it is it doesn’t work, I can’t enable it. The size of the App I terms of MB its the same as before meaning that all that was changed was just the color of the App, the logo and the user interface. The online banking website doesn’t match the App update. I mean, take more time and invest more and make a good App like BKT smart or Intesa San Paolo, an App which works. With the new update you can’t even apply for a debit card… basically the App is for “view only”. Either make a decent online banking or a decent App as both doesn’t seem to be happening anytime soon. I’m closing my bank account next time I visit a branch. I think y’all had plenty of time to make a good app or online banking but all you do is change the layout, not to talk about the fact that after 11PM till 9AM both portal and App don’t work. Do better! It’s 2024 soon 2025.
